A patient whose labs don't match their story. A protocol you understand but haven't run before. A question about where to start that you'd normally take to a colleague down the hall — except no one down the hall works this way.
If you're already practicing whole-person care and want someone to think it through with, that's enough.

PRICING BY PLAN
Three ways to work with us, month to month or on a discounted six-month plan.
1:1 Mentorship — a scheduled 75-minute conversation, by video or phone. A single session is $300. Ongoing is $275 per month, or $250 per month on a six-month plan.
E-Curbside — asynchronous case support by text, voice memo, or email, answered within 72 hours. Four consults a month is $350, or $300 on a six-month plan. Eight consults a month is $650, or $550 on a six-month plan.
Full Mentorship — a 1:1 each month plus four consults is $575, or $500 on a six-month plan. A 1:1 each month plus eight consults is $850, or $750 on a six-month plan.
Month-to-month plans cancel any time with 14 days' notice. Six-month plans renew month-to-month unless extended or cancelled.
How plans work
No surprises.
Billing starts on your first 1:1 meeting or consult, then monthly on that date.
Month-to-month: cancel any time, 14 days before your next billing date.
Six-month plans: cancel or extend 14 days before the term ends. Otherwise the plan continues month-to-month at the standard rate.
What this is, and isn't
Mentorship is peer-to-peer professional consultation. It supports your clinical reasoning; it does not transfer clinical responsibility. You remain the treating practitioner, and every decision about your patient stays yours.
We do not review charts, examine patients, or provide care directly. Nothing we discuss creates a provider-patient relationship between us and anyone you treat.
OUR MENTORS
Pick your mentor when you book, or let us assign based on availability. Laura and Kate consult each other on difficult cases and on questions closer to the other's strengths, so you get both of us either way.

Laura is a board-certified, doctorally trained nurse practitioner with an additional doctorate in Integrative Health and Healing and certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine.
She created the WholeHealth Model and led what was, at the time, one of the largest integrative and functional medicine departments in the country by provider headcount.
Kate Otremba

Co-owner & Founder
Kate Otremba is a board-certified, doctorally trained nurse practitioner with advanced training in integrative health and certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine.
She built the smart phrases, templates, practice guidelines, and much of colleague training the program ran on.

Do I need to have taken the Foundations Course?
No. While mentorship can be a useful extention to the training found in the Foundations Course, if you're already working in whole-person care and want a thinking partner, that's enough.
What counts as one E-Curbside consult?
One case or question, followed through to a clear direction — not a single message. The back and forth is the point.
What if I need more than my plan includes?

Can I switch mentors?
Yes, at any point. Tell us and we'll arrange it.
Is this available to practitioners outside Minnesota?
Yes.
